Senior Consultant Business Analysts
We are looking for senior Web business analysts with a wide knowledge and expertise in Web strategic planning, product innovation, business plan design, competitor gap analysis, online marketing and sales strategy, program management, requirements analysis, and customer experience design. Broad industry expertise with some specializations is a plus. Spire leads the way in this discipline, and even the most seasoned analyst should expect to be willing and able to be coached on our advanced and sophisticated approaches and learn how to perform a rigorously codified repertoire of strategy services.
Information Architects
We are looking for junior and senior information architects or interaction designers. You must be able to define user profiles, identify user tasks, derive inventories of content and functionality, organize these effectively into site maps and wireframes. This will involve designing interactive user interfaces to the highest standard of customer experience using the latest media (e.g., RIA, Web 2.0, mobile, etc.) and applying quality criteria for usability for Web sites and Web applications. You should be able to specify low-level GUI software specifications, such as how data is displayed, where it is drawn from, defaults, formats, ranges, data types, lookups, constraints, precision, conditions, and changes in state. You should also be comfortable working in Visio and Power Point, and be willing and able to learn (via internal coaching) new tools (such as Axure), new techniques, and new processes that may seem unfamiliar and unusual, such as communication-theoretic approaches to usability.
