SpireMedia is a privately owned and self-funded consulting firm based in Denver, Colorado that provides Web product innovation, design, and implementation. We serve an international clientèle from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies and have been in the Web industry for more than 10 years, almost since there has been a mainstream Internet. But, what makes us special?

Our services are all primarily geared towards the product and service innovation needs of our clients. This means that most of our projects are business-critical Web applications that seize opportunities to increase our clients' revenues, operational efficiencies, market share, and customer satisfaction. As the Internet industry matures, the three steps described in section 2 (Strategy, Design, & Implementation) are evolving into industries or disciplines of their own, all serving to help businesses shift from the Industrial to the Information Age. The levels of specialization, enterprise integration, variety of skill sets, organizational styles, personal temperaments, potential for conflicts of interest, project management dynamics, economics, and supplier-to-client interfaces are becoming more and more broad in order to cope with the rapidly changing demands of different industries and technology. The days of the one-stop-shop Web agency are numbered (following on from the demise of the days of doing it all in your garage.)

For this reason, Spire's practice areas are highly de-coupled. The codification of our services and quality of our deliverables is such that you can (and many do) take, for example, a requirements analysis report and bid it out as an RFP. Or take our information architecture designs and specifications, and have an in-house team or third-party implement it, etc. We will always be happy to bid on all three steps, if we're a good fit, or recommend a firm from our network of excellent partners. This gives you an opportunity to lower your risk of a single vendor and get the best value for your money by shopping your project around the best the market has to offer for each step.
